Kinsella House is in a perfect lake side setting and is less than 10 minutes walk via the Queenstown Gardens to the centre of the town (click on map).

There are walking and biking tracks nearby as well as tennis, ice skating, skate boarding and bowls facilities.

If you’re skiing, the front door is just 16km from the chair-lifts on Coronet Peak, with The Remarkables, Cardrona and Treble Cone all within easy driving distance.

Historic Arrowtown is 21km away and Glenorchy, at the head of the lake, is a scenic 40km drive. Wanaka is a little over an hours drive over New Zealand's highest road (approx. 1100m).
